Press Release December 3 2000: Sounds Logical joins MATLAB Connections Program

Our membership of the MATLAB Connections Program coincides with the imminent release of the MATLAB-enabled version of our flagship product, WaveWarp. Known as the WaveWarp Audio Toolbox for MATLAB®, this new release will consist of a set of extensions to WaveWarp 2.0 enabling seamless communication between WaveWarp and the MATLAB technical computing environment (available separately from The Mathworks, Inc), thereby allowing MATLAB to function as an audio source, sink, or in-the-loop processor of audio streams managed by WaveWarp. This combination of products leverages off the strength of each: namely the real-time audio processing capabilities of WaveWarp, with the powerful computation, analysis, visualization, and design capabilities of MATLAB. The WaveWarp Audio Toolbox for MATLAB® is currently scheduled for release in mid-December 2000.
