3.5-- Setting the output channel/speaker allocation

If the Output WAV format is set to pcm_ext, the "Speaker layout..." button appears. This can be used to activate the speaker-allocation window (as shown below) where the desired channel-to-speaker mapping for the output file can be prescribed (according to the WAV_FORMAT_EXTENSIBLE protocol).
