Dutch Irish Spectral Pitch Shift
Illustrates the use of the "Spectral Shift 1" block for perfoming linear spectral shifting. The underlying algorithm is based on
the FFT for converting to the frequency domain, shifting all frequency bins by the desired amount, then transforming back to
the time domain. A wide range of effects can be achieved with this technique. Try experimenting with all sliders to explore
the various possibilities. With the default settings, the voice ("wavewarp.wav") adopts a bizarre Dutch-Irish accent !
