Switch 8 Inputs

Functional Description
Routes the selected input audio signal to the output, nominally muting all other audio inputs. The signal selection is performed using the "Input" buttons in the Parameter Window. The "Output gain" slider adjusts the output level, and the "Leakiness" slider enables the switching to be suppressed to any desired degree, thereby allowing all the non-selected input(s) to "leak" into the output. Stereo signals have separate adjustments for left and right channels.
Algorithm
IMPORTANT: This switch is not a "true" switch in the sense that it only mutes the un-selected signal ports rather than de-activate all components on those sub-branches connected to the un-selected ports. Hence all components on all sub-branches are continuously executed in real-time -- albeit, some with muted signals -- so caution should be exercised when using such switches in order that the CPU is not exhausted by excessive numbers of components.
