2.26-- The Example DrawingBoards

WaveWarp is bundled with a wide range of Example DrawingBoards which illustrate all the key features of the program. It is highly recommended that you explore them. To do so, use the "Open" command as described in section 2.10-- above, and navigate to the "ExampleDrawingBoards" sub-directory of the WaveWarp root directory. There you will find a set of sub-directories containing the Example DrawingBoards organised according to their application area (e.g. AudioEffects, Educational, etc). Select the desired Example DrawingBoard using the WaveWarp "Open" command, or, equivalently, double-click on the desired ".dwb" file inside Windows Explorer (this will automatically initiate WaveWarp - if its not already running -- and open the chosen DrawingBoard). Note that some Example DrawingBoards are repeated in different sub-directory categories, when deemed appropriate.

Note that the complete list of Example DrawingBoards plus corresponding help pages are accessed by pressing the "Open the ExampleDrawingBoards index" help button in the toolbar (see section 2.17--).

Notes:

    1. as explained in the next section, some Example DrawingBoards can not be played using the limited versions of WaveWarp.

    2. all distributed Example DrawingBoards are "Read Only" to prevent you from inadvertently overwriting them. If you try to "Save" them, WaveWarp will add the string "myDWB" in front of the current name, allowing you to save your version of the example independently from the original.
